Don't see your 3PL? Check the system it runs on
Some 3PLs build their own direct connection to Shopify. Others run on a third-party WMS, OMS, iPaaS, or ERP that handles the Shopify connection for them. In those cases, compatibility depends on the underlying system, not the 3PL itself.

Getting set up
3PL setup varies by partner. Sync timing, payment capture rules, and which edits are supported all depend on how your 3PL connects to Shopify. You don't need to figure it out alone.

Common questions
Will Order Editing break my fulfilment flow?
No. Order Editing is designed to sit alongside your 3PL setup. When configured correctly, your 3PL pulls the edited order, not the original, so the warehouse picks and packs the right items.
What if my 3PL pulls orders the moment they're placed?
This is where delayed payment capture comes in. By holding payment until the editing window closes, your 3PL only sees the order once edits are locked in.
What if my 3PL uses a WMS or iPaaS I recognise?
Browse our Integrations collection first. If we already have a guide for the underlying system, that's the place to start. Then reach out so we can confirm everything lines up with your 3PL.
Do I need to do anything special on the 3PL's side?
Sometimes. A few 3PLs need a setting toggled (for example, "Hold Unpaid Orders") for edits to flow through correctly. We'll flag this when you reach out, and coordinate with your 3PL if needed.
