Replace a banner image
- Open the Shopify admin and go to Apps > Order Editing.
- Open Upsells, then select Partner ads.
- Select Order browser.
- Select an order that includes the partner ad you want to update.
- If the order includes more than one ad, use Previous ad or Next ad to find it.
- Select the banner image in the preview.
- Choose a brand-matched image from Shopify Files.
The preview updates as soon as the image is saved.
What to expect
The custom image replaces the original banner whenever the same partner ad appears for future customers. Order Editing automatically provides responsive image sizes so the banner loads efficiently on different screens.
The replacement also becomes the image recorded for future partner ad views. It does not rewrite past analytics records.
You can select the image again at any time to choose a different file.
Restore the original image
- Return to the ad in Partner ads > Order browser.
- Select Use original below the preview.
Future customers will see the original image supplied by the advertising partner.
