Enable Dianxiaomi post-purchase editing

Dianxiaomi (店小秘) is the ERP many Chinese and cross-border Shopify sellers use to process orders, print labels, and book shipments. It works best with Order Editing when payment stays authorized until the customer finishes editing.

Order Editing can manage that delayed payment capture for you.

How it works

Dianxiaomi imports Shopify orders once they are Paid. Delayed capture keeps the order in Authorized status during the editing window, then Order Editing captures payment so Dianxiaomi downloads one final order.

• The customer checks out and Shopify authorizes payment
• The customer edits products, quantities, or the shipping address
• Dianxiaomi does not import the order yet
• Order Editing captures payment when the editing window closes
• Dianxiaomi receives the Paid order and starts fulfillment

Why this matters

Without delayed capture, Dianxiaomi can start fulfillment on the original checkout. Address changes, size swaps, and added items then fight an order that is already in a warehouse workflow.

With Order Editing managing capture:

• Customers get a real post-purchase editing window
• Dianxiaomi only sees the final Paid order
• Support teams stop reconciling edited Shopify orders against stale ERP records

Open Integrations > Dianxiaomi in Order Editing, let Order Editing manage delayed payment capture, set Shopify to manual capture, and confirm Dianxiaomi imports Paid orders only.
