"We've had an excellent experience using this app. Integration was seamless and it's made a huge difference to our operations. It has significantly reduced the number of customer support requests we get for order changes, while also cutting down on address validation issues. One of the biggest benefits has been giving customers the ability to correct their address post-purchase, which has saved us a lot of time and avoided unnecessary delays to fulfilment and reduces RTS.
