Rat & Boa on using Order Editing to support customers and grow post-purchase revenue.
We went live with order editing just before Black Friday last year. So far, we've generated just over fifty six thousand dollars in revenue and sold thousands of support tickets. I'm Alister, Director of Technology and Operations at Rattonbura. Rattonbura is a women's clothing brand. We've been around for about ten years. So with the app, we give our customers thirty minutes to change their dress, switch out products with different sizes or different products altogether, and also to redeem discount codes that they may have missed when going through checkout. Where we see the biggest impact from order editing is during our peak periods. During our most recent sale, order editing sold a thousand tickets for us and also made us just over twenty thousand dollars in revenue. We see a lot of tickets actioned through order editing, which before that would have gone through to our customer service team.
