Hey, I'm Nick. I'm the founder of Sous Chef, the UK's number one online three d store. So order editing solves a real customer pain point for us, and it does it without having to touch the integration with our three PL. We have a thirty minute editing window after the customers place the order, so they can then make the changes to the order that they want to. If there's a difference in price, they can make the payment there and then. Because customers can edit their order after they've placed it, it gives us another opportunity for upselling even if they've gone all the way through the checkout process, still have the opportunity to add that product. And we're actually seeing five to six percent of customers, taking advantage of those offers. I'd absolutely recommend it without hesitation. You know, it's a problem for any ecommerce business. Customers place the order and then they need to make a change, and this is a really good solution.
