App Blocks
Each block controls a specific editing action customers can take. Enable or disable blocks to control exactly what customers can do.
- Shipping Address EditsAllow customers to edit their shipping address, configure restrictions, and control advanced storefront form options.
- Product Option ChangesLet customers switch between products, variants, sizes, colours, and other options on items already in their order. Customise the text labels to match your brand.
- Quantity EditsLet customers increase product quantities on items already in their order and pay for additional items in one click.
- Product CatalogLet customers browse and add products to their order post-purchase. Control which products appear using filters for specific products, names, tags, and product types.
- Shipping MethodsLet customers upgrade to faster shipping after checkout. Control which shipping methods are available, block restricted delivery methods, and configure shipping recalculation.
- Contact InformationLet customers update their email, phone number, and login information after checkout to ensure they receive delivery notifications and order updates.
- Post-Purchase Discount CodesLet customers apply discount codes to their order after checkout. Configure redemption settings, restrictions, and permissions for post-purchase discounts.
- Order CancellationsLet customers cancel their own orders during the editing window. Choose your refund method, set restocking fees, and customise cancellation reasons.
- Downloadable InvoicesLet customers download PDF invoices directly from the order editing block. Customise your invoice with your logo, business details, tax information, and metafields.
- Custom AttributesLet customers edit order metafields and order attributes after checkout. Useful for delivery instructions, custom notes, and other order-level data.
- Gift NotesLet customers add or edit personalised gift messages on their orders after checkout. Configure the prompt, From/To fields, and message storage.
- Reschedule Order DeliveryLet customers reschedule their delivery date after checkout. Requires a delivery date at checkout and compatible shipping provider.
- Switch Payment MethodsLet customers switch their payment method after checkout. Only available for orders with uncaptured payments.
- Support Tickets (Contact Form)Let customers submit support tickets directly from the order editing block. Currently undergoing a restructure.
